How we work

Three phases.

  • SLAs — one business day for routine requests; four business hours for urgent.
  • Change orders — material changes to scope, timeline, or fee require written agreement.
  • Monthly KPI pack delivered within 10 business days of month-end.
  • Quarterly relationship review with the principal(s).
  • Written exclusions — no legal, tax, accounting, or investment-advisory services.
FAQ

Frequently asked

  • What does the Assessment cost?
It's a fixed fee that scales with engagement size. We'll quote it at your intro call.
  • What if we don't continue after the Assessment?
You keep the diagnosis. No pressure, no penalty. That's the point.
  • How big is the team assigned to my engagement?
It depends on scope. You'll always have a single named engagement lead and the specialist bench behind them, named at Assessment.
  • How often do we meet?
Bi-weekly standing reviews at minimum. More frequent during Phase 2 installation. Your engagement lead is available between meetings for urgent items within SLA.
